Healthcare Technology and News: Viper Networks Enters into Agreement with iNeedMD

Viper Networks, Inc, an emerging global telecommunication network operations and technical management company, has entered into an agreement with iNeedMD, Inc. to deploy a telemedicine network throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Officials with Viper said that the company will be providing telecommunications network operational aspects and technical management expertise throughout the deployment areas in Europe and the Middle East.
Company officials said that upon successful completion of this first phase, the agreement terms with iNeedMD, Inc. call for the additional deployment of the telemedicine network on a global basis.
iNeedMD, Inc. has developed an FDA approved Glove/Mitten Platform in which EKG electrodes are mounted in conformity with conventional standards, which generates a 12-lead diagnostic EKG (ECG).
The system will enable patients and doctors to exchange live diagnostic information remotely, and allow continuous patient monitoring 24/7.
The glove/mitten is disposable after one use and the manufactured product will be ready for market shortly.
Officials with iNeedMD said that the glove/mitten can be positioned on the patient's chest by any health care professional with minimal training. There is no need for an EKG technician.
HealthTechZone in April reported that Viper Networks an emerging global telecommunication network operations and technical management company, has officially entered into a joint agreement (consortium agreement) with Universal for Trading & Information Technology (UTIT).
Officials with Viper said that the Consortium Agreement with UTIT will allow the company to partner on a wide range of telecommunications and information technology services and turnkey projects from concept to completion for private, commercial and governmental customers worldwide.
Under currently awarded projects with UTIT, one has now contractually commenced with Viper Networks receiving an initial payment of $30,000, which represents the minimum monthly reoccurring revenue amount or $360,000 over the next 12 months.
